Our team of Professional Organizers can help you or a loved one organize and run your Estate Sale.  If you're out of town or local we can do everything from advertising, set up, tagging, selling and boxing unsold items for donating.  Thus putting cash money in your hands quickly with little or no work from you.

Our organizers are not qualified to price antiques but will work alongside you to come up with the right price, or you may hire an antique appraiser.  We can do basic research on many items helping you to come up with an expectable selling price; such as finding out original price paid and/or what auction websites are auctioning a similar item for.

Due to the fact that all Estate Sales do not produce equal results we do not except small estate sales, homes with items so old they are unsellable or their values so low there would be minimum return.

Estate Sales are an invest for you and for our company so making the right decision to have an Estate Sale is critical.  Our focus is on Estate Sales that will gross an average of $5,000.

I would like to thank Lorraine Brock and her hard-working staff for setting up, working, and closing out my recent estate sale. I could not have asked for a more conscientious or resourceful group of professionals to tackle this enormous job.

Every item in my house was separated into move, store or sell areas. The ladies organized the rooms in my house with all the items to be sold. The items were arranged and priced. Finishing touches were added to clean up and “beautify” everything before the first day of the sale. “Get Organized!” advertised in many places that I didn’t even know were available. They had professional signs made which they took care of placing and picking up each day of the sale. What really made the bottom line successful was the attention to the actual “selling” of the items that I needed to part with. The whole team actively participated in talking to the shoppers and letting them know what was available and where they could find it. The team took care of collecting all of the money and straightening up each day.

After the final day of the sale, “Get Organized” made me a list of everything that remained and packed it up in boxes for me to donate. (There was actually very little left to donate.) The team swept up; we hugged; and I knew I had survived one of the most difficult passages in my life.

I cannot thank “Get Organized!” enough. I highly recommend Lorraine and her team of selectively chosen employees. They were extremely hard working, honest, compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. I could not have done this without their help.
