Kitchen “Tidbites” is designed to give you helpful ideas on how your family can reconnect around the dinner table and to save time in the kitchen. I think family meals are very important. In times past it was the reward of a hard day’s work and a time to come together to eat, laugh and work out life’s issues.

In fact, even today many of life's problems can be solved around the kitchen table. In order to do that, we must first bring families back to the dinner table, even if it’s just a few times a week. The other aspect of Kitchen “Tidbites” is to giving shortcuts in the kitchen. We’ll cover shortcuts like meal planning and preparation along with ways you can save time in your kitchen.

Did you know?
Only 40% of American families eat meals together; of those families, they do so no more than two or three times a week!

This topic takes approximately 30 minutes to cover and goes well with one of my other topics, "Savvy Ways to Save".   As with all topics, I can work within most time frames.
